Shabbat Shalom from CEO Nora Gorenstein

Federation CEO Nora Gorenstein, and Operations Officer Jessica Wolfe attended today’s Bring Them Home solidarity event in honor of the 240 hostages. The event was organized by UMass Hillel for the Jewish students on campus.

Dear Friend,

This Shabbat, it is more important than ever for us to be together in community. For myself, I am honored to be leading Junior Congregation at Temple Beth El for Grades 3-5 on Saturday morning while my children participate in Tot Shabbat. On Sunday, when we come together as families and parents for B’Yachad Religious School, and also participate in the Hebrew Free Loan Association’s 30th anniversary celebration, I look forward to the sense of connection and belonging that happens when we are in community together.

As always, you can find events from our local Jewish community on our website at jewishwesternmass.org/calendar!

Shabbat Shalom,
Am Yisrael Chai!

Nora Gorenstein, CFRE
Chief Executive Officer
