Transforming the Jewish community in Western Massachusetts requires the dedication, collaboration and commitment of our entire Jewish community. Through this significant annual campaign, we address the needs of Today with annual contributions, prepare for Tomorrow with multi-year commitments, and ensure we are there Forever with endowments. CARE FOR PEOPLE IN NEED

With the 2024 Annual Campaign, we’re stepping up for struggling families, and people facing crisis around the world. At the core of our community is a deep commitment to taking care of each other. Throughout our existence, the security and protection of the Jewish people have been our priority. From coordinating escapes from European pogroms to freeing Jews in the former Soviet Union to rescuing Jews from Ethiopia, Yemen, and beyond, we have been there. And we continue to be there today, tomorrow, forever.

PROTECT & STAND UP FOR OUR JEWISH COMMUNITY

We have a steadfast commitment to combating hatred against Jews and others. In the years since the Tree of Life synagogue massacre, we have remained vigilant about enhancing community-wide security and advocating against hate. Last year, our work gained new urgency with the Oct. 7 attack in Israel, when anti-Israel sentiment morphed into virulent antisemitism. What has made these and other developments more alarming: Voices condemning the violence and hateful rhetoric were muted, if not completely silent. We are determined to stand strong and lead local efforts that confront antisemitism and hatred, promote tolerance, and enhance community safety. The 2024 Annual Campaign empowers our Jewish community to live proudly and safely.

SAFEGUARD THE PEOPLE OF ISRAEL

Our dedication to our extended family in Israel is unwavering today, tomorrow, forever. Federation bolsters human services, education and healthcare – and in times of crisis, we amplify our commitment to the safety and welfare of our brothers and sisters in Israel. Through the power of the Annual Campaign we've been on the ground supporting Israel since its very beginnings. During the 2006 Lebanon War and, Operation Protective Edge, the 2014 Gaza War, and most recently the Oct. 7 attack, Jewish Federations have galvanized Jewish philanthropy across North America. Our Israel Emergency Campaign, created in response to the Oct. 7 attack, strengthens our efforts and responds to Israel’s ever-changing needs.

INSPIRE CHILDREN AND TEENS WITH POWERFUL JEWISH EXPERIENCES

The future of the Jewish people hinges on empowering our children and teens with vital opportunities to strengthen their connection to Jewish heritage, values and identity. Through the 2024 Annual Campaign, we are supporting programs and various avenues of engagement as our children embark on their Jewish journeys.
