Jewish Federation of Western Massachusetts: Fighting antisemitism takes unity, education (Viewpoint)

When we, as Jews, experience antisemitism, it is not enough to just respond; we need to express what we stand for, not just what we stand against. We are here to educate and be proud of who we are and why we are here.
Recently over 1,200 Jewish communal leaders met in Chicago for the Jewish Federations’ three-day General Assembly to discuss critical issues facing the North American Jewish community, bringing Jewish leaders of diverse backgrounds together to create productive dialogue and debate. One of the most important topics discussed was the rise of antisemitism and how we can respond with strength and positivity.
