The Jewish Federation of Western Massachusetts, the central Jewish nonprofit organization in the region, has announced that on Sunday, October 15, 2023, more than twenty-five bike teams will be participating in Ride to Provide 2023. This family-friendly celebration of Jewish culture and interfaith partnership combined with a bike ride/5k fundraiser will begin and end at UMass Hillel in Amherst. Funds raised by Ride to Provide 2023 will help meet the needs of Federation constituent agencies and our network of nonprofit partners in their collective efforts to support Western Massachusetts’ most vulnerable, regardless of faith or origin, and people in need around the world. At the same time, Ride to Provide 2023 will help Federation further promote interfaith relations, and create opportunities for individuals, students, and families to learn about and connect with Jewish life.
