You may have heard about a demographic study of the Jewish population of western Massachusetts. This is a real and important survey commissioned by the Jewish Federation of Western Massachusetts, with the cooperation and support of local Jewish organizations. The aim of the study is to help us understand how to better serve the community.
The study is being overseen by The Maurice and Marilyn Cohen Center for Modern Jewish Studies (CMJS) / Steinhardt Social Research Institute (SSRI) at Brandeis University. Here is their page with FAQs for community studies.
