US Rep. Richard Neal, Springfield Mayor Domenic Sarno taking part in ‘Stand with Ukraine’ rally at JCC

SPRINGFIELD — Several Western Massachusetts congregations are scheduling a Tuesday evening rally at the Jewish Community Center, 1160 Dickinson St., in support of the people of Ukraine in their fight against the Russian invasion.
The “Stand with Ukraine” rally is planned for 5:30 p.m., and speakers include U.S. Rep. Richard E. Neal, D-Springfield, and Springfield Mayor Domenic J. Sarno.
