selected based on academic achievement, financial need, and meaningful community involvement. The awards are renewable for up to four years of college, providing sustained support through each student’s journey.
Now in its 82nd year, the SCJW Scholarship Program is administered through the Jewish Federation’s Jewish Endowment Foundation, which manages and distributes designated funds in support of educational advancement.
“These scholarships represent more than financial assistance—they reflect our community’s deep belief in the promise and potential of each student, regardless of background,” said Adam Solender, Interim Executive Director and Chief Philanthropy Officer of the Jewish Federation of Western Massachusetts, and Director of the Jewish Endowment Foundation. “We are proud to continue this enduring legacy and help empower the next generation of changemakers across Western Massachusetts.”
This inspiring event is made possible each year thanks to the dedicated volunteer members of SCJW, who carefully review applications and organize the annual breakfast to honor the scholars and their families.
We extend heartfelt congratulations to this year’s recipients and appreciation to all who support this vital tradition of giving and encouragement.
